Can somebody who still has windows (and multidec)
try to boot windows, and start multidec then restart
to linux (no reset, no poweroff) and check does
initialization of 7146 work properly.

I previous dvb-kernel versions, multidec will screw up
7146 for linux, so it won't receive no packets in 
linux-dvb until the reset or poweroff
