Hauppauge claims the box to do recordings. That means the box can send
and receive MPEG by USB. I don't know the status of DEC-2000T in
LinuxDVB-driver, but if API is full-supported by  firmware and driver,
VDR (VideoDiscRecorder) should run with it.
