That got me no-where. The machine still crashed.
However, I now have it working - up already for 48 hours! I selected
"failsafe" settings in the BIOS, which turns off every accelerating
feature in the BIOS. I now have to re-enable them one-by-one until I
find out which one is causing problems. This will take some time, I
think!
