I now observed a problem regarding buffer size as well - the image-plugin
does only display partially (left top region) that way.
Will compare the old code with the new now as well as the firmware labeled as
"OSD change...".

Some delay-loop in the code might help?

No problem because if you have an analogtv card you probably wont to timeshift
only on the analog signal, otherwise one would'nt even need that patch at all!
