[linux-dvb] Re: Problem with AverMedia DVB-T card



Hi Joni,

I'm probably going to have to defer to the more extensive experience of
others on this list such as Holger. Right about now, I would myself be
trying different modulation parameters in intial.h to bootstrap different
results out of scan, however this suggestion would not be based on anything
other than a desparate attempt to clutch at straws. As you can appreciate
support for this driver is pretty early and there is evidently something not
quite right at the moment - especially if you are having success under
Win98. This obviously indicates that your signal is OK, despite current
indications from tzap.

Does your windows tuner application have the ability to display any of the
frequency information it is using, and can you confirm that this is the same
as the frequency information you are passing to tzap?
