[linux-dvb] DEVFS -> Lost /dev/dvb/adapter0/frontend0 after reboot

hi,

after some reboots on Gentoo (devfs) System with kernel 2.4 i lost the
device:

/dev/dvb/adapter0/frontend0

If i want to start szap, it fails with:

win2k root # szap -r VIVA
reading channels from file '/root/.szap/channels.conf'
zapping to 'VIVA':
sat 0, frequency = 12670 MHz V, symbolrate 22000000, vpid = 0x0135, apid
= 0x0136
using '/dev/dvb/adapter0/frontend0' and '/dev/dvb/adapter0/demux0'
opening frontend failed: No such file or directory

i have a skystar2 (b2c2) dvb card.

win2k root # lsmod | grep dvb
dvb-core               44580   3  [skystar2]

win2k root # ls -al /dev/dvb/adapter0/*
crw-------    1 root     root     250,   4 Jan  1  1970
/dev/dvb/adapter0/demux0
crw-------    1 root     root     250,   5 Jan  1  1970
/dev/dvb/adapter0/dvr0
crw-------    1 root     root     250,   7 Jan  1  1970
/dev/dvb/adapter0/net0

So i did a "make insmod CARDS="b2c2" " again and the device is already
there again. I copied the devfs.conf and the modules.conf on the rights
places, but why i lost this devices after a reboot?

any suggestions?
