[linux-dvb] Re: Brandnew Nova-Ci

The board has "B2S1100", "Rev.1.0" and "TT2002.9" written on it. The parts
are the regular SAA7146A and the new SU1278/SHA tuner frontend (note the
last "A" !), which in turn holds the expected stv0299, in a "B" revision,
a TDA 8060TS, an A5059 and a 4.000 xtal, in case any of this matters.
Hmm, after reading your thread I think I have the same problem. Please look at the thread<http://www.linuxtv.org/mailinglists/linux-dvb/2003/10-2003/msg00232.
html>

My card has these labels:

SU1278/SH
3112 297 12871
238 HJ11 GC00046

SAA7146AH
CB3803
Tt0229 4

STV0299B
T035003
T220V0110

I've just uploaded an image of the card to: <http://www.jucs-kramkiste.de/claas/novas.png> Is this the same card that you're using?

With linux-2.6.0-test7, I can tune in to a transponder, once get viterbi
and lock, receive a few packets and then the signal is lost, only to
return after a few seconds and so on.
Maybe this explains the high error count with VDR.
