okay i solved the first problem: linuxtv-dvb-1.0.1 now insmod correctly. the
problem was a prevously loaded input module.
so i did a "linuxtv-dvb-1.0.1/driver/make install" then reboot so that
mousedrivers'n stuff load with the new input module. with the new input
module "make insmod" works without erros.

proceedings for problem number 2:
i tryed a "v4l-conf -c /dev/video0" -> this outputs:
"v4l-conf: using X11 display :0.0
dga: version 2.0
mode: 1280x1024, depth=24, bpp=32, bpl=5120, base=0xd8000000
/dev/video0 [v4l2]: ioctl VIDIOC_QUERYCAP: Invalid argument
/dev/video0 [v4l]: configuration done"
even when i use this command the screen turns black and only with ctrl-alt-f1
followed by a ctrl-alt-f7 i come back to my screen.

what could be the problem? is it the dvb-driver or the fglrx-driver?

thks and greetz,
sebastian.
