[linux-dvb] Skystar2: no such device
I compiled the drivers under SuSE 9.0 without any problems.
When I do a 'make insmod' my kernel says:
Jun 26 00:00:47 tazlinux kernel: Technisat SkyStar2 driver loading
Jun 26 00:00:47 tazlinux kernel: skystar2.c: FlexCopII(rev.130) chip found
Jun 26 00:00:47 tazlinux kernel: skystar2.c: MAC address =
00:d0:d7:01:0e:7c:00:00
Jun 26 00:00:47 tazlinux kernel: skystar2.c: key =
Jun 26 00:00:47 tazlinux kernel: b2 00 00 00
Jun 26 00:00:47 tazlinux kernel: 00 00 00 00
Jun 26 00:00:47 tazlinux last message repeated 2 times
Jun 26 00:00:47 tazlinux kernel: DVB: registering new adapter (PCI device
13d0:2103 (Techsan Electronics Co Ltd)).
Jun 26 00:00:47 tazlinux kernel: mt312_read: ret == -121
But when I do a 'szap -n 1' now I get this message:
reading channels from file '/root/.szap/channels.conf'
zapping to 'Das Erste':
sat 0, frequency = 11837 MHz H, symbolrate 27500000, vpid = 0x0065, apid =
0x0066
using '/dev/dvb/adapter0/frontend0' and '/dev/dvb/adapter0/demux0'
opening frontend failed: No such device
I don't know what to do. Please help me.
