1. find a channels.conf file for tzap for your area (if you live in 
berlin, i can send you one) and copy it to where tzap expects it.
2. "tzap <channel>" 
3. "dvbstream -ps -o <vpid> <apid> | mplayer -", where vpid is the 
3.last entry in the channels.conf line for the channel and apid is the 
2.last one.
