[linux-dvb] ttusb and alps tdmb7 tdlb7 changes

Hi, I've just checked in my ttusb changes, and the changes to the ALPS tdmb7 
and tdlb7 frontends.

Juergen Peitz kindly tested that the alps tdlb7 still works. If anyone 
suddenly starts having problems with the ALPS tdmb7, please let me know so I 
can sort it out.
