[linux-dvb] Budget card with Grundig Tuner 451

Hello,
There is a cheap Budget Card at ebay available with a Grundig Tuner 451.

Unfortunately it doesn't seem to work easily :-(
Any hints what I can try, or is someone willing to check this out ?
If yes I can send him a card for testing.
