It is definitely so that the interrupts do not occur.
I had it working here some minutes ago with drivers of cvs from
4 weeks ago, now updated to the latest drivers, reloaded the drivers
(no reboot), and the drivers do not work anymore again.

After several reload cycles the drivers worked (and interrupts
are coming). It seems that it is some chance that they work and
depends on some external circumstance I have not found out yet.

The card has an interrupt of its own (besides that interrupt 12 is
used internally for -- hmm -- real time clock?)
