shouldn't the PS/2 input, the USB and the storage subsystem be independent of each other? Maybe you want to try to disable registering the remote control input device (#undef CONFIG_DVB_CINERGYT2_ENABLE_RC_INPUT_DEVICE). If it works then your X11 server is misconfigured and tries to use the remote control as primary input device. Check your XF86Config file if so.

can you please describe what exactly are these problems? Are both devices attached to the same USB bus? Do they also occur when no stream is transferred?

Does your USB bus provides enough power/current for both devices? If the harddisk is not externally powered it may be necessairy to use a powered hub if you need to attach both devices to the same bus if you have the problem that your host controller can not provide more than 500milliAmperes per bus.

after that it got hard writing because my keyboard didn't response anymore (I had to restart the box) even X was responsive, mouse worked fine ... this happens often if something goes wrong with cinergyT2 and USB-Harddisk - the keyboard (it's not USB!) is away ...
I came from another box to this one via ssh and dmesg gave:
