[vdr] Re: DVD playback problems




Hi Richard,

The symptoms you describe are completly normal for the current state of 
the DVD support.

The additional features of a DVD, like interviews/making of/outtakes 
mostly use special navigation features, additional menues, still frames, 
and so on. All those feature are not supported yet. Also, some of the 
Title entries you see in vdr's DVD menue, realy refer to menu sequences 
and therefore need special treatment as well.

All those things will hopefully be available soon - lets say in two 
month time. Until then, you just have to live with it.

Watch this list for news on the improved DVD support ;-)
