Low-band is from 10.700 GHz to 11.700 GHz and high-band is from 11.700
GHz to 12.750 GHz.

If you don't need that channels, you can use a two cable setup. My
suggestion is to use a quad-LNB and a 4/x- or 5/x-multiswitch on which
you don't connect the low-band cables but only the high-band-cables.

In case you need the low-band, you can add the two cables later.

(I'm praying for a firm developing a solution where LNB and multiswitch
are connected by a single fibre-glass wire, as it has enough bandwith)

But actually I'm also having the problem to have only three connectors
on a multiswitch but having four cards.

I only see two solutions to get all digital channels:

1.) A box being some on the market which puts only the digital FTA
channels on one wire (so you don't need high/vertikal, high/horizontal,
low/vertical or low/horizontal switching)

2.) The 2nd-multiswitch-solution. But then you need devices, which
select polarizations on the first multiswitch (e.g. by 13/18V)
