[vdr] Re : automatic startup of vdr

Hi all,

can anyone specify the whole correct sequence of loading vdr what ever was
the version or the various install path for the whole package, or write a
script which will query for the various path and do the rest ?
another thing that I m really missing is a complete procedure (one piece) on
how do we install vdr with all options , imho, scripting is just nice but
when you must adapt it , it not that obvious (when u r not Lx fluent) ,
because you must gather little piece of informations across so
many threads that it is :

1/ umpredictable as of the results
2/ really time consuming
3/ irrespectuous of the tremendous worx it is supposed to represent ... so
much structured programming w/o a procedure ... waouw ! ;-)

well this is aimed to all u , Linvdr gurus, whenever u wanna spend some time
to help us :) that would be nice,
If this information exist already in a previous tread ... when i was not yet
born
plz repost it or make it available somewhere

MedMed
still tryin' and tryin' ...
