[vdr] @Thomas Heiligenmann: Status of S/VCD-plugin

Hi,

the S/VCD-plugin 0.0.3 does not compile with GCC 3.2 and about two month ago
you told in a mail on the ML that you're going to rewrite the plugin.
So I'd like to know of the status of the S/VCD-plugin.
