Hello,
this weekend I finally started testing vdr-1.1.x and ran into one strange 'feature':

Why is the path to the DVB-device in the devfs hard coded ?

excerpt from dvbdevice.c:
#define DEV_DVB_ADAPTER   "/dev/dvb/adapter"

Since I've mount the device filesystem some place else, I had to patch the source.
Is there a way to determine the mount point automatically (Well there must be, because the driver manages it correctly)?
