[vdr] Debian packages dependencies [was : Re: Softdevice + firstrun of VDR]

This problem appears only when I run any self-compiled plugin with the 
Debian VDR package.
May be a GCC or shlib problem. What I have :

ii  libc6          2.3.2.ds1-12   GNU C Library: Shared libraries and 
Timezone
ii  libgcc1        3.3.3-9        GCC support library
ii  libstdc++5     3.3.3-9        The GNU Standard C++ Library v3
ii  gcc            3.3.3-2        The GNU C compiler

What vdr-1.2.6/debian/vdr.substvars says :

patchlevel=
shlibs:Depends=libc6 (>= 2.3.2.ds1-4), libgcc1 (>= 1:3.3.3-1), 
libjpeg62, libstdc++5 (>= 1:3.3.3-1)

1) I don't know what those leading "1:" mean
2) my versions come from debian.org / testing, everything seems OK
3) what other dependencies might be involved (linker, etc.) ?
