[vdr] Implementing PCR Pid into VDR

Hello,

	It appears that I am having a problem with my Nexus-S using the new
cvs av7110 driver and VDR.  Apparently, when PCR != VPID || PCR != APID, vdr
is unable to playback video/audio with being subjected to major desync.  Are
there any plans to implement the PCR Pid being automatically updated into
the channels.conf, like the Vpid and Apid already does?
