i have relaxed the usage of dvdnav_ calls,
so the controler does not need to use it on a regular base
(progress meter) ..

well, i have added the DeviceReset semantics (Clear+Play),
if - and only if, a video block was played before !

the later check is necessary for e.g. still only dvd with audio,
e.g. hybrid dvd-audio's dvd-v part ;-)
