- the encoding of multi-layered ObjectCarousels work now :-)
+ save ES for each defined DataCarousel

Note: the dsmcc-up tool for incremental ObjectCarousel updates won't work
      with multiple DataCarousels for some time (that's rather complicated
      and will take time, sorry). It should still work for one-layered OCs.
