Please help setting frequency and pid

Dear Sir,

I am trying to set the frequency and pid for an HotBird Internet
account. I have a SkyStar1 DVB board, linux driver 0.04.

Parameters are:

lnb frequency high = 10.6 GHz
lnb frequency low = 9.73 GHz
tuner frequency = 973 MHz
symbol rate = 29900 Msyms/s
polarization = H
mpe pid = 2000 (dec)
MAC = 00:d0:5c:3d:0f:92
satellite frequency = 10.723 GHz

I can watch all the channels from that satellite with gVideo.

I have attached the code (derived from ctest.cc) that I'm trying to get it
working.
