But i still have some problemens i can't reach the proxy 103,  i mean with
ping 194.177.32.196 .
I also can't reach 113 114 115 proxy's at the moment is there a problem with
EON?

Frequency:  12.461 GHz
Proxy:         194.177.32.196:8080
Proxy authentication, no login server access.
