Sorry, but the hardware does not support it (and I asked the people who should know).
Only 50 Hz are supported with PAL-BGI and you will only get the first
3/4 of the screen filled (but in color!). Still, if anyone is
interested in that mode I can add it.
There also is PAL-M with 60Hz but that comes out black/white on my TV.
