just paste these two lines into your .dvbrc. 
Or, if the first one already exists in your .dvbrc, add the last one into
that section

 TRANSPONDER ID 0021 SATID 0192 TYPE 1 FREQ 12480000 POL V SRATE 27500000 FEC 2
      CHANNEL ID xx NAME "SAT.1" SATID 0192 TPID 0021 SID 2e TYPE 1 VPID 6ff APID

the xx should be unique throughout your .dvbrc file
