LCDproc support for vdr-0.67, just another attempt :)

patch available at http://home.pages.at/linux/dvb.html

vdr -L <LCDprocHost> [-P <LCDprocPort>] ...
now the current date/time is displayed when no menu
is open ...
see README.LCDproc for more details
