dvb-s - make

hi!

please help me out with my problem.
installing hauppauge win DVB-s card on suse7.0 prof.

under root...

in dir /driver ------> make
compiling wunderfully! ;)

then ------> make insmod
very well

BUT last message:

msp3400.o: msp3400.o: file or directory not found!

i checked the modules and the msp3400.o is installed.
