Sorry I made a mistake :

- even after reloading the driver the error won't come back ... not sure
what happend after reboot but the error surly will be back nor ??*
^^^^^^^^^^^^- WRONG !!! after reloading the driver the error is back ...
found the error msg in the kernel ring log (a new discovery for me)
