[linux-dvb] DVD playback support for VDR-0.85 on low-end systems
Hi,
I am trying to understand why the CPU charge varies from 50% to 0% on my
Pentium 200 MMX during a DVD playback.
With the "top" utility, I have found that when there are problems on display
and sound, the task "dvb_mon" takes a lot of CPU.
When there are no problems :
11:09pm up 50 min, 3 users, load average: 1.13, 1.12, 0.79
9 processes: 8 sleeping, 1 running, 0 zombie, 0 stopped
CPU states: 55.7% user, 12.3% system, 0.0% nice, 31.8% idle
Mem: 62780K av, 61028K used, 1752K free, 0K shrd, 37664K
buff
Swap: 248996K av, 2324K used, 246672K free 3408K

private email if needed.
