I almost burned my finger by touching the F-Connector and decided
to mount a cooling fan to the DVB-S card. Since this, the on-cards heat-sink
does not become hotter than 40 degrees which should be ok for the hauppauge.
But I think I did this too late because I had to send in the card for
repair because it hung many times a day (second card was ok)
