This information is copied at the time you program the timer, and therefore
always the same for all episodes.
I am currently working on a solution that fetches this information newly
for every recording (and does also store the recordings in subdirectories
with the name of the episode, if available).

Are you sure you are using the latest DVB driver from the CVS (a snaphot
thereof, with a small patch for replaying still pictures correctly, is
available from the VDR download page).
