[linux-dvb] Is my CPU too slow for live video?

Excuse me, but I need to know if my CPU 
(Duron 750MHz) is too slow for play live 
video.

Can someone test:

"ts2pes 165 100 < /dev/ost/dvr|mplayer 
-dropframe -"
(Linux "top" utility shows 40-50% 
CPU-usage, but I think it can be false)

and tell me if video is OK (or there are 
blocks)?
please test with high video resolution 
channel (as RaiUno-Hotbird)
