Hi,

unfortunately it was necessary to release a new patch release of DTV. It is
available at

   http://hesdvb.sourceforge.net/DTV-1.2.1.tar.gz

This release adds the missing 'functions.dcl' in 'src/dtv/Makefile', and fixes
as well a much more annoying bug in ident generation of the 'open_output'
command.
