You can control the power state through the frontend device with the 
FE_POWER_ON, FE_POWER_SUSPEND, FE_POWER_STANDBY and FE_POWER_OFF
calls.

If you mean the suspend/resume functionality of the Linux PCI drivers,
then those functions do nothing right now but could be modified to do
something like the calls above.
