Hi Roberto,
The problem is that the Frontend API changed some months ago and the
versions at http://www.linuxtv.org/download/dvb/ are not the most up to
date.
DVBTune and DVBStream use the newer version of the API. To get the most up
to date snapshot go to http://www.linuxdvb.tv/download/.
Then recompile and you should be fine.

Subject: [linux-dvb] Dvbstream and dvbtune don't compile
Hi all,
I have a problem with dvbstream and dvbtune applications: I downloaded them
but they don't compile, they give me:
gcc -I ../new/DVB/ost/include -c -o tune.o tune.c
tune.c: In function `tune_it':
tune.c:19: `FrontendStatus' undeclared (first use in this function)
tune.c:19: (Each undeclared identifier is reported only once
tune.c:19: for each function it appears in.)
tune.c:19: parse error before `festatus'
tune.c:20: `FrontendEvent' undeclared (first use in this function)
tune.c:21: `FrontendParameters' undeclared (first use in this function)
tune.c:26: `feparams' undeclared (first use in this function)
tune.c:32: `INVERSION_AUTO' undeclared (first use in this function)
and so on...
I have RedHat 7.1 with kernel 2.4.17 using driver siemens 0.9.3 with
network_activator.
I need some particular package?
Thank you to all and
Happy New Year!!
Roberto Arcomano
