[linux-dvb] wrong Subcode-info using S/P-DIF with DVBs-cards

Sorry, but I have no direct influence over the S/P-DIF data (or we
would not have the AC3 problem).
If I set playback to 48kHz it's the responsibility of the 
RTSL (TI library) or the firmware ROM to send the right S/P-DIF data.
