Missing cdk.h
After complete (free of failures) installing of the DVB Linux driver and
libdvb I tried to make the DVB/apps/tuxzap applications.
But while executing autogen.sh I got the following failure:
checking for cdk/cdk.h... no
checking for /usr/local/include/cdk/cdk.h... no
ATTENTION: you need cdk for ntuxzap
What about this cdk.h?
Where does it come from?
How to install it?
I use the actual CVS download and SuSe 7.3 with kernel 2.4.16
