[linux-dvb] Complie probs.

Hi All.

I am trying to compile siemens_dvb-0.8.2.tar.gz patched with, 
DVB-0.8.2-patch-9f.tar.gz on a slackware-8.1 system with kernel 2.4.18, there 
were no *.rej's during patching and all goes well untill i go into the 
apps/tuxzap dir.
AFAIK, i have folowed the README in the patch archive to the "tee".
The problem is with ./configure it bombs out as follows.

checking for cdk/cdk.h... no
./configure: line 12822: syntax error near unexpected token `yes:no'
./configure: line 12822: `yes:no'

As to why it returns "no" top cdk.h i have no idea as it is to be found in 
/usr/include/linux
Are there any known problems here or does someone have any advice,?.

BTW; i have written to the patch writer but as of yet i have received no 
answer.
