[linux-dvb] Getting DVB-S cards

Can somebody tell me where to get a decent DVB-S card in Finland
or a shop somewhere else which delivers to Finland.
Hauppauge is out, crappy video.
Minimum requirement S-video output or RGB
LNB-loopback would be bonus.
