I gave an half-assed try once to get it working, was not successfull.
I'll give it another try after your example.

It seems that something is missing...

-cache 4096 -

$ cp ~/files/channels.conf-dvbt-espoo /VIDEO/channels.conf
-----
Should there be something after '-cache 4096 -'
