Everything seems fine.

Have you connected your SAT-Cable to the DVB-Card?

Have you tried, that the SAT-Cable is working probably (with another 
digital receiver)?

Is your satellite-system working with digital ...


It looks like that there is a (configuration) problem with your 
satellit-dish/switch/lnb ...

Please describe your sat-system a little bit more .....
