Yet again a new pre-alpha release. Frequency scanning is much more smart
now, among other things.

For example:

$ ./dvbscan --dvb-modulation=64-QAM -S 7146 -s 130625k:480M -z 10M -p
This will scan frequencies from 130.625 MHz to 480 MHz in steps of 10
MHz, and print the resulting transport stream and service list.

$ ./dvbscan --dvb-modulation=64-QAM -S 7146 -t 162M -p
This will only tune on frequency 162 MHz, scan for the TS and service
information and print them out.
