Have you seen the last question in their FAQ?
"Are there any linux drivers for available DigiTV?
Again, the short answer is 'no'. The slightly longer answer is that
it will not always be this way. Nebula Electronics is commited to bringing
DigiTV to the linux community and so we will be developing linux v2.5 kernel
DVB compatible drivers for our card around mid 2003."
The info mentions mpeg decoding but I bet it's not in hardware :-(
