As an addendum.. here are the commands you need to get dvbstream from 
CVS.

cvs -d:pserver:anonymous@cvs.sourceforge.net:/cvsroot/dvbtools login 
 
cvs -z3 -d:pserver:anonymous@cvs.sourceforge.net:/cvsroot/dvbtools co dvbstream

If you "co ." instead of "co dvbstream", that'll pull down all the current
tools... not all of them currently 

1) work
2) work with the Nova-T

:)

dvbstream is fine, and that's the important one =)
