[linux-dvb] mplayer cache patch

It may not be your problem, but you could try this mplayer 
patch:

Basically it makes the cache wait for data when it's empty. 
It seems similar functionality is in the pipeline for regular 
mplayer as a new cache option, my patch is quick and dirty.
