Take a closer look on DVB/driver/av7110/av7110.c, near line 4981:

              // switch DVB SCART on
              outcom(av7110, COMTYPE_AUDIODAC, MainSwitch, 1, 0);
              outcom(av7110, COMTYPE_AUDIODAC, ADSwitch, 1, 1);

In order to enable analog sound output using the analog module for 
Siemens DVB-C cards we added a new device ID to the if(){} statement 
around these outcom calls.

please try to investigate what exactly is going wrong here...
