ok, forget the last message, now szap works and say things like
status 02 | signal 0000 | snr 049e | ber 0000ff98 | unc 00000000 |
status 02 | signal 0000 | snr 00e7 | ber 0000ffa0 | unc 00000000 |
status 02 | signal 0000 | snr 04b3 | ber 0000ffa8 | unc 00000000 |
status 02 | signal 0000 | snr 048f | ber 0000ffa8 | unc 00000000 |
status 02 | signal 0000 | snr 0498 | ber 0000ffc0 | unc 00000000 |
again and again and again, but i dont see anything,

does hauppauge wintv-nova-pci have hardware mpeg decoder?
what must i do now?
