[linux-dvb] PID histogram

HI

To trace the network packet loss, I need to scan full TS and 
calculate the histogram of incoming 188-byte packets against 
its PIDs,

On histogram's X axis would be the packet's PID 0-0x1fff and 
on the Y axis the frequency of occurence of given PID.

Aybody can suggest some application to start with?
